Abenzi yini ihaba? Ingabe lobu akubona ubuphukuphuku bomuntu nokunganaki? Abantu benza noma yini ngenxa yezingane zabo, kodwa ekugcineni, ukuthi umuntu unezingane ezingaki, nokuthi izingane ziyoba njani, akuyona impendulo yezinhlelo nezifiso zabo. Abanye abantu abanalutho, kodwa baba nezingane eziningi; abanye abantu bacebile kodwa abanangane. Abanye bafuna indodakazi, kodwa asifezeki isifiso sabo; abanye bafuna indodana kodwa abayitholi ingane yomfana. Kwabanye izingane ziyisibusiso; kwabanye ziyisiqalekiso. Abanye abazali bahlakaniphile, kodwa bazale izingane eziyiziwula; abanye abazali bakhuthele futhi bathembekile, kodwa izingane abazikhulisayo zingamavila. Abanye abazali banomusa futhi balungile kodwa banezingane ezinenzondo futhi eziyingozi. Abanye abazali bahluzekile engqondweni futhi baphile kahle kodwa bazala izingane ezingaphilile kahle. Abanye abazali bangabantu abavamile futhi abaphumeleli kodwa banezingane ezenza izinto ezinkulu. Abanye abazali abaziwa kodwa izingane zabo zingosaziwayo. …

Ngakho lapho abantu beqaphela ubukhosi bukaNkulunkulu ngokudalelwa komuntu, abahlakaniphile bakhetha ukubazi nokubemukela, bashiya izinsuku ezibuhlungu ababezama ngazo ukwenza ukuphila kube ngcono ngezandla zabo zombili, kunokuqhubeka bemelana nokudalelwa, benza lokho okungabizwa ngemigomo yokuphila ngendlela yabo. Lapho umuntu engenaye uNkulunkulu, lapho engakwazi ukumbona, lapho engabuboni ngokucacile ubukhosi bukaNkulunkulu, zonke izinsuku azisho lutho, azizuzisi futhi zibanga usizi. Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi umuntu unjani, usebenzaphi, uphila kanjani, noma imigomo yakhe imenza aphukelwe inhliziyo futhi ahlupheke, lowo muntu ngeke akwazi ukubheka emuva. Kulapho kuphela emukela khona ubukhosi boMdali, lapho emukela ukuqondisa namalungiselelo Akhe, futhi efuna ukuphila kwangempela komuntu, lapho eyokhululeka khona kancane kancane ekuhluphekeni nasezinkathazweni zokuphila.

Ngoba abantu abakuqapheli ukuqondisa kukaNkulunkulu nobukhosi bukaNkulunkulu, bahlale bebhekana ngendlela engafanele nokudalelwa, ngombono wokuhlubuka, futhi bahlale befuna ukususa igunya likaNkulunkulu nobukhosi Bakhe nezinto ukudalelwa okubabekele zona, benethemba lokushintsha izimo zabo nokudalelwa kwabo.
